I have now went through four boxes, and have about 31/2 boxes in the cupboard, so I think I have enough data to safely write an objective review. Here’s how I use this stuff - I use bulk protein and meat for my main intake for maintaining and growing muscle mass. I use the FF to supplement protein, but also for the collagen and connective tissue maintenance. I am not a scientist, but an off the shelf middle age man in decent shape. I’m also of a larger stature. 6’6” 240. I lift heavy, and I run, AND NOTHING HURTS. It doesn’t get any easier than this. It’s totally portable, which is big for me, I can take them to work, or just take a couple with me while I am out, and they take up minimal space. Taste is not bad at all, and it’s easily digestible. When you’re trying to hit your protein numbers, and nothing sounds good, or you don’t feel like eating, this stuff hits the spot. I’ve been taking 1-3 a day for the last several months, and this is the only variable I have changed, and nothing hurts, and I feel like I’m recovering good to where I can do back to back workouts. I do stretch before every workout though. I really think this stuff works. Gains ain’t cheap.

this stuff is great. it gives you the Protein you need to keep going. The taste tokes a little getting use to, but it does work. Easy to drink, just rip off the top piece,and squeeze it down.

I love this product. It's a repair product ing with a specific collagen that not only repairs my muscles, it gives me a little energy the portability is really user friendly. I can take it anywhere. The taste is great. I love it. It's not too sweet but I do like sweet things. The value for the money is to me. Good because this is my body. This is nutrition. I back it. I love it. I am giving this 5 stars for what it is and how easy it makes getting a boost of protein. However, I honestly wonder how a company can sell something that tastes like this. It is so bad - sickly sweet with a hint of something rotten. Even with the bad taste, it's still relatively easy to get down so I will continue taking it. I saw another review that said you get used to it so here's hoping... Update: You do get used to the taste. The trick is to drink it really fast and it's not too bad. :)

These protein shots are easy to toss in a gym bag and are much more convenient than mixing a shake after a workout. The texture takes a little getting used to, but the small serving size makes it quick to drink. It's a solid option when you need a fast protein boost on the go.

I originally bought Frog Fuel’s caffeinated liquid protein shots for travel because I wanted something convenient that would give me a boost of energy along with some protein. I no longer drink caffeine, so I’ve switched to the caffeine-free version—and I absolutely love it. What I never expected was how incredible it would be for my skin. It seems to hydrate my skin almost instantly in a way that no other collagen supplement ever has. My skin looks and feels noticeably better after taking it. Frog Fuel is convenient, effective, and unlike any other protein or collagen product I’ve tried. Highly recommend!

So far so good. I drink it right after my workout, then a protein shake with my creatine when I get home. Definitely notice a difference in my knees not sore the next day.

Love this. It’s a quick way for me to get 15g of protein or with a kick of caffeine. They taste terrible but not SO terrible you don’t want to drink it. I have them in all my bags and at work. Love them!!
