Great Design and Value
Great Design and Value I own watches from Rolex, Tudor, and Omega, and while the PRX Powermatic 80 is not built to the same standard as those watches, I had no hesitation adding it to my collection. It offers tremendous value and a distinctive design that stands on its own merits. The design is clearly inspired by the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, but it never feels like a replica or homage. Tissot created something with its own identity. The combination of the integrated bracelet, textured dial, slim case, and sharp finishing gives the watch a premium look that far exceeds its price point and wears well on the wrist. The blue dial remains visibly blue in most lighting conditions and has much more depth in person than photos suggest. Also, an 80-hour power reserve at this price point is hard to beat. My only criticism is the bracelet sizing. The clasp lacks micro-adjustment, so finding the perfect fit can take some patience. I was able to get close using the half-links. Once adjusted, however, the watch wears comfortably and looks very nice. Pros *Integrated bracelet design *Reminiscent of the Royal Oak without trying to be a replica *Excellent blue textured dial *80-hour power reserve *Outstanding value for a Swiss automatic watch Cons -No micro-adjustment in the clasp -Bracelet sizing can be tricky, although the included half-links help Overall, this is one of the best values in Swiss watchmaking today. Tissot delivers a lot of watch for the money, and the PRX Powermatic 80 has exceeded my expectations.

Blown away with the comfort.
The biggest surprise is the comfort. I had an older omega seamaster pro and sinn 104 and various watches. Seikos, orient, Seagul, Apple Watches. I equated light weight and fabric straps with comfort. But this Tissot is not light and on a metal bracelet. But it’s more comfortable than the other watches I’ve owned. I still aspire to a Moonwatch and a Submariner. But I am now suddenly not in a rush. This thing is great looking, it doesn’t have the luxury name but low level gold diggers may not know the difference between this and a flex watch. Blingy, simultaneously classic and modern, 100m water resistance, 80 hr power reserve, cheap/durable movement. I think I will use my Apple Watch for 3rd world countries and work outs. But probably be a one watch guy otherwise. I didn’t know watches could be this comfortable. 2-3 seconds slow/day so far, I’m not sure if that will continue. I think that is good enough where I will only have to reset the time only when I change the date on 30 day months. Maybe I will set it a minute fast to compensate. First Watch I’ve purchased where I have zero remorse. - Sept 8 Quick update. 1-2seconds slow/day over 2 weeks. I’m about 25 seconds behind in 2 weeks. When I set it on the the 1st of October I will set it 2 minutes fast so I will be slightly ahead of time until I set it again on December 1. I had the links adjusted so it is slightly loose in the morning and fits perfect when I get into my day. I am surprised at how much my wrist size varies. If there is one thing I would change about this watch it would be to add a micro adjustment in the clasp. Everything I said when the watch was new to me is still true. I have a Seagull 1863 and it always needs to be wound and the time set. The automatic in the PRX is so nice that it is making me question if I want another mechanical wind watch with a low power reserve like a Moonwatch. I may just get a Submariner and trade my blue PRX for a PRX in a lighter color (like teal) so my 2 watches look very different from each other. And wear them on alternate days. That would be a super nice 2 Watch collection.

Tissot PRX Powermatic 80
I absolutely love my Tissot PRX! I have the Powermatic 80 40mm model with the blue waffle dial. The watch is so beautiful and high quality looking in sunlight! Every surface of the watch and band gleam in the sunlight, and the blue dial has this subtle color shift from a blue to black. The watch was extremely to adjust the links for comfort. The watch is the perfect overall weight for comfort, highly durable with that sapphire glass, and easy to read the time even in the sun. Best of all, it’s easy to use!

Excellent quality and value.
Tissot's most well known watch for a good reason. It's a high quality Swiss watch at an attainable price. In other words, a very good value. The integrated bracelet is well made, very comfortable, and fits well on my above average size wrist. Some people online have noted that a certain movement component is engineering plastic rather than metal, but most experts have noted that this issue does not negatively affect durability, so I'm confident that I'll get many years of service from this watch.

Good automatic for the money
I love the styling of this watch. The pictures of this watch don't do it justice. In person, the dial has a sunburst iridescence that is not translated well in photos. I'm quite please with the bracelet and the overall wearability of the piece. I am a watch collector and have some expensive luxury watches. While it is not over-the-top, the PRX fits in well with my wearing rotation and I look forward to the days I put the watch on my wrist. The four-star rating is based on the movement. I love the fact that it has an 80-hour power reserve (I believe that is a bit optimistic) but, the accuracy is a bit sub-par. Since the Powermatic movement is only serviceable by certain Tissot repair centers, it would be very inconvenient to send it off for adjustment. My watch loses about twelve to fifteen seconds a day which, for a relatively inexpensive Swiss automatic is not terrible but, I think it could be a bit better. In conclusion, I would say that if you are into seventies retro styling and are looking for a lightweight comfortable watch with impressive looks, this would be a good choice. I would only state that, if you are looking for Omega or Rolex accuracy in timekeeping, my particular watch does not achieve this very well. Since this is a mass-produced movement, I'm sure accuracy will vary greatly from watch to watch. I guess I didn't win the "accuracy lottery" with my watch but, I plan on just living with what it currently provides.

Great watch but poor buying experience
It's an excellent and beautiful watch but unfortunately most of the protective film and plastic and was removed which led to many scratches on the bracelet. It was also dirty and had grime on it which makes me believe it has been used or was a display model. It's a good watch but i would definitely recommend getting it elsewhere and stay clear from this listing until they give us more transparency on the condition of said items

ottimo
