This seems to work well for my daughter who had some back tightness from working her 1st full time job and standing on her feet more than she was used to. She also has one summer left of travel softball so it is easy to pack with us so she can stretch between games.

This is surprisingly UNcomfortable at first! I have found that it works best for me if I place it on the couch, bed, or thick carpeting! Using it directly on our hardwood floor is NOT attainable for me! - But it really does help stretch my back and relieves pain so that I can get enough relief to sleep! - Make sure the thickest part is supporting your upper back; and the narrow part is supporting your lower back! - And don't give up! It really does help ease back pain! - Next I'm going to try using it twice a day for 5-10 minutes like several comments have suggested.

Too hard material. Maybe that is what some people need.

I didn't lay down on it but it felt great just putting in in the back of my recilner and leaning against it. I did try laying on it and it was a little too agressive for me.

I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine who has a bad back. She absolutely loves it. Others complained that the cushioning was uncomfortable but she said it's just fine. She's about 5' 6" and the size is perfect for her. Well made and sturdy. Looks like it will last. For the money, it's unbelievable.

I purchased this pillow and used it once. I was hoping to use it as part of a program to keep my mending back healthy. However, I used it once and it instantly caused my back pain to return from the pinched nerve I had rehabbed. This pillow is exceptionally firm! It is not very flexible and for my 6'3" frame and my back it was very uncomfortable. This pillow may be a legitimate cure for some users, but for me it was a nightmare. After about 5 days I'm finally returning to a more normal state. I can't recommend this pillow!

Working on stretching my back and increasing flexibility to resolve some poor posture issues from sitting at work too much. This definitely revealed how tight I am as my shoulders do not reach the floor the way the image shows. But after use every day I am almost there. It’s a combination of increasing flexibility in certain muscles and strengthing core. It’s not easy but it actually feels good now and my husband has started using it too. It’s made well. Edit to update: it has been 1 month using every day and I can now reach the floor with my shoulders! This item is useful !

Siempre es temerario comprar por internet. En fotos y videos un producto puede parecer increíble, pero la realidad es muy diferente. En este caso sucedió así. El producto resultó demasiado duro, rígido. Es difícil recostarse sobre él. Nada que ver con el video. Soy bajita y después de buscar acomodarlo en mi espalda no aguanté más que un par de minutos. Creo que antes de comprar estos artefactos es mejor consultar a un profesional de la salud. Y no dejarse llevar por la publicidad, mejor leer primero las reseñas.
