Great stuff I bought this because the one that I usually buy was sold out and I was really having a Hanken for beef jerky so I gave this a try and I’m so glad I did. Thank you. You guys keep up the good work.!!!! oh and you now have a permanent customer!!!!!

Tired of chewy soft jerky everywhere. That stuffs dog food, not real jerky. This is what I consider proper jerky. Dry, thin, spicy and hard. Very good taste and medium salt level. However, twice as much as other brands. Jerky quest continues.

I have bought this jerky a few times before and it is usually absolutely fantastic, both dry and tough with wonderful flavor. However this latest batch I bought was neither dry nor tough. I'm not saying it was Jack Links level wet, but it had plenty of moisture compared to the previous version and was not tough. The only guess I have is the company is backsliding and "drying" their jerky less because the more water in the jerky the less actual meat they have to provide, so this saves them a bit of money? A shame if that's the case. I really hope it is just a mistake or an oversight but I doubt it.

This stuff is great! Reminds me of the jerky from when I was a kid. Dry, thin, and chewy. Much better than that slimy, wet stuff they pass off as jerky in the stores. I ordered pepper. It's very peppery, but that's what I love about it.

This has a great texture for an old fashioned jerky, nice and dry with a good amount of chew to it and a thickness that is substantial without making the cuts rubbery. Flavor wise, however, the Peppered jerky is a complete pepper bomb. Yes obviously the jerky is going to have black pepper on it, but this stuff winds up numbing the tongue. Also please note that the advertised unit price is INCORRECT as of 9/2/2020 -- the reported price is for 9oz of product but the order is for 6oz of product, resulting in a significant price difference of $1.34/oz.

I like when I buy something that it comes as advertised. I like the chewier, drier jerky. This isn't slick or moist. This lets the beef taste come through instead of the seasonings most producers soak into they're product. I highly recommend if you want traditional jerky. Yummy!

Love the taste/flavor. But I didn’t read the amount 3- 2 ounces per package… 6 ounces total thinking 3x6 ounces . I used this as a back up! The cost is 100% more then better jerky I have been buying. This is not cost affective. Not Elon musk and never will be. Two stars only because of the taste!

This jerky is perfection. Its dry but not old and brittle. It has a great chew. You have to take your time and enjoy it. I think alot of people are sick of the mass produced soft jerky. The spice on this is delicious. I cant say enough about this jerky, it's how jerky is supposed to be. 10 stars
