Best gluten free flour I've tried, and I've tried lots. A bit carby but you don't need much to thicken sauces, etc. Excellent product, great flavor and versatility.

I have tried so many gluten free flours and use a variety of types for different items (baking, cooking etc). This is my go to for almost all of my cooking due to the best overall flavor, being organic, and ease of use. The only thing we haven't had good results with it in were pancakes but other than that we love this one and buy it all the time.

My granddaughter, daughter and I all are gluten free and have you used multiple different gluten-free flowers for baking and cooking etc. This is by far the best gluten-free flour I have ever used and it makes the best gluten-free pizza crust. The key is do not over kneed it. Just throw it on and a blob once it is mixed and it will be the best gluten-free pizza crust you have ever had! I have been gluten free for 8 years and I have not had a great pizza for 8 years until now!

Update 06/11/21: While I still think this product is worth 5 stars, I have a definite problem with my latest shipment (2nd one I've gotten). They arrived June 6, 2021, and ALL have a "Best By" date of JULY 22, 2021. There is no way I can use 6 bags in about a month! Seriously???? It looks like they're just trying to dump ones that are close to expiring. If that's how it's going to be from now on, then I will no longer buy from Amazon. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The only flour blend I've found that doesn't have what I call the "gluten-free aftertaste". My family will now eat my gluten-free cookies...in fact, no one knows they're gluten-free unless I tell them...they just tell me the cookies are great. (I've tried King Arthur, Pamela's, various home-made blends, and others over the 10 years since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and all have had the "gluten-free aftertaste" -- but not this flour!)

I've tried them all, and this one is the best. Plus, it's organic. Most people gravitate to Bob's RedMill, but that isn't organic and it doesn't use millet like Arrowhead. Millet behaves more like a gluten flour in recipes and it tastes better! I found it cheaper at a store near me, but if this is your only option, get it!
