My Cholesterol Has Noted the Effort
There was a time when I bought whatever cooking oil happened to be on sale. Those carefree days are behind me. This avocado oil has a clean, neutral flavor, performs well at high temperatures, and has become my go-to oil for everyday cooking. The quality has been consistently excellent. Excellent all purpose cooking oil with a very high flash point. Neutral in flavor, does not overpower in recipes. Adding the reported increase in health benefits makes this oil an outstanding choice.

My third time buying.
This is the third time I bought this. Initially it tasted the same quality as before. However I’m not sure why, but after a few days I realized the taste has changed with every cooking. It had a faint smell to it and I wasn’t sure if it’s just a bad batch. I’m going back to canola oil for a bit. Maybe I’ll give it a try later. Overall it was great when it was fresh.
