How do I know they are working? Because they interrupt my sleep and make my heart race. The dosage is just too high for me so I'm going to order the same product in a lower dose. I think they are having an effect on my heart and body, but as with all supplements and medicinals, you have to get the correct dose. This is obviously better than not getting any result.My advice would be to start with the lowest dose and work your way up.
