They shorted me a bushing how do i get ahold of them to see if i can get one?

One bushing doesn’t fit right out of the package. can i request one be sent? i don’t want to go through a. full return for one bushing.

You should contact the seller to see if they'll make it good. Alternatively, you can swap out one of the other bushings to see if the new bushing will fit there. I always keep a spare set of bushings and screws for my 1911s because over time then can wear due to the shock of recoil and loosen to the point of falling out.

Will these fit a Charles Daly 1911?

The great thing about 1911s is that 99% of parts are universal. So YES they will fit.

I received the 4 screws and bushings. did not receive the o-rings or wrech?

I don't think there is an o-ring for these screws. If the Allen wrench is missing, you can either contact the seller or buy a cheap set of Allen wrenches for your gun toolbox.
