Exactly what it was meant to do.
So this model of headset is rather dated, but I really like the comfort of them. It was nice to see some ear piece pad replacements. The ones I had were pretty horrible and would fall off a lot. So I wasn't even sure if it were the pads or the plastic that holds it on. I was worried I'd just have nice pads that wouldn't stay on. Not the case, these feel amazing and fit perfectly. Resurrected my old headphones.

Just the Earpads I'm looking for
I have a Logitech H800 Headphone that I love, and it works super well for a past few years. The original earpad started to deteriorate this year and I'm so happy I found this replacement. It fits very well and feel very good. Thank you very much.

Fit perfect on my Logitech Headset
When I took my headset out of my office supplies for all these Zoom meetings I realized the ear pads had deteriorated. I thought these were trash and would have to buy a new headset altogether. Until I saw the pads for sale on amazon. They were a lifesaver. Headset is good as new. Would recommend.
