What is the difference between this and the 'Original' anti-itch formual?

Benadryl extra strength seams to work faster and stays longer then the original. I have sensitive skin too and doesn’t seam to irritate either.

Three tube order specifies extra strength. I changed to one tube option and it specifies original strength. Which is it?
