I love Japanese sticky / sushi rice although I’m not a big fan of sushi itself. I make a sort of fusion dish I call sushi for beginners (and those of us who find seaweed a bit too…fishy tasting), which is sticky rice, diced avocado & soy sauce (sesame seeds make a great topping as well) and I’ve tried the recipe with about a billion different brands of Japanese rice…this is probably my #1 favorite - and would probably work out well in any number of Japanese rice dishes. The price is incredible for the amount & quality of the product.Highly recommend

One of the best brands of rice that I buy. They quality is very good. I'm not sure what more you can about rice other than the quality. I highly recommend this brand. It is a bit more expense than many brands, but if you are a heavy rice eater, you deserve higher quality.Try it, and you won't be dissapointed.

THIS STUFF IS WONDERFUL!!!I come from a world of instant rice. I read it is almost twice as expensive so thought...I want to try bagged rice. I got a cute 3 cup rice cooker, a plastic container and a bag of this rice. IT IS SO GOOD!!!!!The texture is just sticky enough to be fun but not gummy with a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. I cooked mine with just a bit of salt and butter. This rice, I feel, will lend itself to a lot of versatility.

My friend recommend me this rice. So I went and got it. This is my first time getting rice online, I usually for go the Korean or Chinese supermarket for it delivery was super fast, nicely pack no spill or anything. Surprisingly its cheaper to getting it here then the supermarket. I really like the texture of the rice, soft and sticky. Would recommend getting this rice.

Well I got this for sushi rice but I’ve been using it for more than that, you can literally cook it into any style of rice and it’s bomb, how ever the life span in fridge is impressive

Very good but much more expensive than at the Asian grocery. Next time I will just buy directly.

I noticed some people talking about getting extra protein in their rice. One person said they stored an unopened bag for a year and got surprised when they opened it. So, I thought I chime in and say one I didn't have that experience myself. The rice I received today was fine. I did order the 15lb bag of rice. Not Sushi rice. The other point I wanted to make is this, if you're going to store the rice for any length of time it's best to store it in airtight jars. I buy half gallon size mason jars for this purpose. As soon as I get it, in the jars it goes. If you're wondering, it takes 4-64oz jars plus a 16oz jar holds the 15lb bag. This my friends is how I know there was nothing but rice in the bag I recieved.

I have been purchasing this rice for my family for the past three years. It is a great quality, relatively inexpensive, American grown rice that my family enjoys.
