So far, so good. I get gastritis when I'm stressed...my stomach hurts and is full of acid, I can't digest properly, and I get terrible shoulder blade/back pain. I usually end up going to a really bland diet...fruit juices and broths until I heal....and this supplement helped heal quicker. I was taking another zinc supplement with a stomach probiotic in it.... that worked...but this one has the added benefits of the slippery elm, which coats your stomach and the small bit of calcium which can help calm the acid. You don't ever want to suppress your acid...despite some "doctor's orders"...but to help coat the lining so you get some relief....yes. I recommend these pills. Got me feeling better in about 5 days.

The good side effects are that it calms the burning sensation in your stomach lining. It is easy to swallow. It is a capsule form. There is no taste. It goes down smooth. If you are on a weight loss journey. It helps calm the stomach. Great value for your money.

I have only had them for a few days but I can already tell my stomach has eased off some. I plan to continue with them. Happy Customer!

That should be 4 1/2 stars. It takes awhile for this to start working on the gut. You won't really see results fast, it isn't a quick fix. Rather, it works on balancing things within the your system.

Works great with my tummy problems

I ordered this, but when I take two (one in the morning, 1 in the evening), I get diarrhea. I have very sensitive stomach, so I haven't found this to be too effective for my Gerd / IBS, I felt Acid Ease for sensitive stomach works better for me... but.. it's not too bad either... so I'm not too sure how to rate this...

This really did not work for me at all, and actually made me extremely nauseous. I trusted the woman's advice at the nature store -- over the phone -- but I should have read the ingredients label before I purchased this! The DGL works instantly, without any side effects.
