Great granola to eat anytime.
I love this granola, all the various flavours. It's so good to have the regular delivery which means I never run out. Even my husband enjoys eating it and he isn't on a keto/low carb diet.

Needs better quality control
Only three stars because they need to sort out their quality control. The first pack of this tasted AMAZING - keto heaven I thought it was the most delicious and decadent breakfast ever and perfect for a little treat/snack/pick-me-up at any time of day. But the second pack tasted like vomit! Absolutely disgusting, I was almost sick and threw the pack away - no chocolate taste at all just rancid gone-off coconut flavour. So now I am reluctant to take a risk and buy again - I'm not sure - one pack lasted me a week having it for breakfast every morning with soya yoghurt and fruit and then maybe 1-2 handfuls as a snack on some days but not every day. So I would say one pack would normally last 2 weeks if you just have it for breakfast. It feels like a risk to buy it again though so I'm undecided because it's not cheap, and once you open it and taste some I guess you can't return it, I don't know, I just put mine in the bin which I was very disappointed about.

tastes like toxic chemicals Probably the Polyols, but also one bowl raised my blood sugars massively and ruined my day.
