Caused me razor burn pretty badly

is this like a regular electric shaver or is it a foil shaver?

This is like a travel shaver. Yes it is a single strip foil shaver but has clippers on both sides by the foil, also has a usb port for power option instead of batteries.

How do you refill the razors?

It's cheaper to buy another razor than it is to buy replacement blades. I've been using mine or over a year & the blades are still sharp & I've only had to replace batteries twice. 4 AA batteries a year is NOT bad!!! The included batteries lasted for about 5 months. I replaced with dollar store batteries & they didn't last long. Then I replaced with brand name batteries & coming up on 6 months since last replacement!!!

Can you use this while taking a bath?

I wouldn’t try it. Especially when mine keeps breaking on me while shaving after a couple of times. My first razor worked for many years and then my other few I bought from Amazon the metal part inside of the bracket part that protects the blades kept bending or wouldn’t go back in or the bracket broke as well. So I bought a new men’s razor it’s waterproof easy to use and works better than the palm razor. Just my opinion.
