Great puzzle! Beautiful picture. This company Buffalo Games has the best customer service! I ran into issues with a few pieces that didn’t quite fit. These pieces fit really well and if you don’t watch you can misalign them thinking they fit. I sent them a pic and they showed me my error all within minutes. Thanks again Buffalo Games.

This puzzle is amazing! The image of the beautiful Italian coastal city is absolutely stunning, and the colors are vibrant and detailed. The pieces fit well and the quality is great, which made the whole process very enjoyable. It took me several days and It was such a pleasure to work on this puzzle, and the final result looks beautiful. I truly loved every moment of putting it together and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys puzzles and scenic views.

I really did love this puzzle, but found some features unnecessarily frustrating. At the end I was missing two pieces, which I assume were knocked off the table and lost, but I also had an extra piece that (while colored similarly to the colors in the puzzle) did not fit in either of the holes. This makes me less sure that I lost the two missing pieces. Also, the cuts were such that I ended up 3 or 4 times with pieces that seemed to fit together being in the wrong place. The fit was not perfect, but pretty close and the colors/patterns seemed to match. That led to some frustration down the road when I had to back track and figure out where the error was.

Great puzzle set. The pieces are sturdy, but flimsy and the color is great. We went to this area last year so wanted to do this puzzle and remember the location. Great quality picture and challenging puzzle.

This puzzle is beautiful but definitely challenging. The detailed artwork and similar color shades make it tough, but in a satisfying way. A great pick if you enjoy a more difficult 1000-piece puzzle.

The reason I am taking the time to write this review is because this puzzle had the hardest pieces to fit. It was definitely a very challenging puzzle which we love usually, but before we were halfway through, we noticed that the pieces were not fitting correctly and we had to keep removing them and replacing them, but nothing fit! Two of them at the end of the puzzle could not be used. That meant this puzzle had two pieces that were incorrectly cut! It was so frustrating! We feel at this point we should get our money back, but I bought this puzzle over two months ago for us to do it Thanksgiving with family. Nonrefundable. Not happy with that service or this company. Maybe someone will make it right. If they do, I will rewrite another review.

Firstly, this was a very relaxing puzzle to complete - not too hard, not too easy. Steady progress made it a nice pastime. Sadly there was a piece missing upon completion. I purchased this one given the promise of missing piece support... but actually they will not send you a missing piece. You might be able to get a replacement puzzle but I don't expect this will work for those living outside the US and the puzzles they are offering does not include this one. Google Buffalo missing piece support for more info. So this ended up being a bit disappointing.

Hola! Tiene como un mes que compré este rompecabezas. Lo vi y me gustó. Después de ordenarlo empecé a leer los comentarios y me asusté porque había varias personas quejándose porque les faltaban piezas, en mi caso llegó completo y me encantó!! También leí que había gente a la que les molestaba que algunas piezas encajaran en lugares equivocados, a mi me gustó eso, es parte de la experiencia :) Definitivamente compraría otro!
