what size are the capsules?

Hi Wanda, The B-100 Capsules are fairly large - they measure almost 1" and are kind of fat. My husband used to choke on them and now he chews them up. I don't have a problem with them, but if you have trouble swallowing larger capsules, they might be a little large. There is a picture of the capsule on the bottom of the bottle that shows the "Actual Capsule Size".

how much of each B vitamin?

the main B's are 100mg.. but folic acid is 400mcg. and Vit.B-12 and Biotin are 100mcg. ,,,Choline is 40mg,,,PABA is 10mg..... I think that you can click onto side of bottle in the picture,,,, : )

what is the expiration date?

The expiration date will change depending on when they were manufactured. The last bottle I bout 2 months ago, has an expiration date of December 2019

This is what it says on side of bottle: "While B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy) and supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for vegetarians". Hopefully this info is helpful
