Does NOT support Security+ 2.0 compatible devices, even Chamberlain branded devices. This is not made very clear in Chamberlain advertising (there's a very brief reference of accessory limitations in the advertising). Important to note that the product manual that comes in the box with the C4310 claims it supports Security+ 2.0 devices. After doing a lot of research, it appears the C4310 is designed with some form of "Chamberlain rolling code encryption" using Security+ 2.0; however this requires a very limited number of accessories that you must buy. While the C4310 comes with two (2) remotes, we had four (4) other Chamberlain remotes and one (1) external Chamberlain keypad. ALL Security+ 2.0, but these are NOT compatible! We bought two (2) of these garage door openers and regret doing so because we have to buy expensive accessories that only work with the C4310.

The insulation was pretty nice as the product gives you an app to download and gives you step-by-step instructions of how to install it. I had a chamberlain garage door opener that was over 10 years old that failed so I ordered another one. This one was an upgrade because it had the camera. I upgraded from a half hp to three-quarter horsepower but I did have an issue with it because the unit is actually smaller than the original one. So when I went to install it into the original bracket because it is a smaller unit, the bracket did not reach the bracket that was hanging from the ceiling so I had to go to the hardware store purchase two more brackets to extend the brackets on the unit so it would reach the brackets hanging from the ceiling. I think this is something that Chamberlain needs to adjust either by making the unit a little longer or having the brackets on a unit longer so I will reach the original brackets on the ceiling. If you are installing it for the first time and not replacing it, it will work just fine but you will need the brackets. If you are replacing an old one with this new one, you will probably need to have more brackets to extend the original ones on the unit. Once we got it all worked out. It was simple to connect to my Wi-Fi and downloaded the app and works straight from the app and also the remotes worked automatically. I didn’t have to link the remotes. As you can see from the picture I added it has brackets on both sides that are extending the original ones so it reaches the overhang ones from the ceiling.

My old genie garage opener was done for. But when this got installed it was so quiet I forgot I put the garage door up. Great product

works fantastic however YOU NEEDTO PAY FOR A MONTHLY FEE TO SEE WHEN YOUR DOOR IS OPEN :(

Chamberlain is a top quality garage door opener. I have installed at least 7-8 of these in various models and they all work well and hold up. For some reason they no longer include an installation manual and require you to download an app called BILT to painfully walk you through the installation process. Flashy animations on a phone screen complete with errors. All I needed was a break away diagram to make sure I was using the right bolt in the right place. Lose the app and this is 5 stars all the way.

I would leave zero stars if I could. First off, the installation instructions were half online (!) and half in a paper pamphlet printing in 4-point font. Imagine working on a ladder, in a hot garage, trying to install this thing while balancing a tablet and printed instructions in little bitty font! Boomer rant, perhaps, but you need to know! Some of the instructions were downright WRONG. The box says "4 hours to install"...well, four hours a day for about two weeks, with two fairly competent people working! Finally, after the thing was installed, the safety sensors did not work. Chamberlain offered to send new ones, which means uninstall the (brand new) ones, and install replacements. No way. Simply put, either have a professional install an opener, or buy another brand. Save yourself many hours of work and frustration.

Gran adquisición, sin ruidos de motor, con gran potencia para puertas pesadas y largas, si tu puerta tiene 3 mts de largo si considera adquirir el kit de expansión, pero de ahi en fuera es una maravilla; pero si buscas algún fallo, seria la aplicacion que forzosamente te quiere vender un plan para guardar videos en la nube, pero hasta eso, la app, muy intuitiva y fácil de manejar.

Buen equipo, reemplaza a otro de la misma marca de hace 24 años, que sigue funcionando, silencioso, suave al final del cierre, fácil de instalar con algo de experiencia en uso de herramientas.

Alguien sabe cómo poner la aplicación MY Q ya que cada que se va la luz o el internet se desprograma
