Purchased this for alternate day fasting and works really well for staying hydrated and fighting off brain fog/fatigue. Can’t complain about the natural ingredients or the physical results. But I have to admit, the flavour is appalling, I found it very difficult to drink at first. You do get used to it, but it has such a strong chemically scent and flavour that is just not at all pleasant. Will be purchasing again, but definitely think I’ll be trying a different flavour, because the lemon and orange is diabolical.

Purchase this on a monthly basis! Have tried a lot of different brands but this one is by far the best, stunning flavour, sharp bite to it which I like not like other brands which are very sweet. This is so refreshing, have one each morning to kick start the day, gives a good boost.

Absolutely love these electrolytes! Best I've ever used in my life. Great taste and they are actually absorbed and help the body hydrate. Too bad that Amazon does not carry the plain, unsweetened version. Please add those as well in the future!
