For a dell branded product, this is the worst thing out there. Do not buy. From day 1, even though I was using it with a dell laptop, it kept giving errors of power surge and would refuse to connect even after multiple restarts. You would think that being the same brand as the laptop it should be compatible, but nopes, the worst quality ever I finally switched to a Honeywell connector and that is working like a charm.
