I installed this myself on Sunday. Took me a total of 6hrs, with a trip to HD for some 1" angle iron brackets to hang it from my ceiling included in that time. If you have an ipad or tablet I HIGHLY recommend using that for the instructions. I was very impressed with the instructions. Everything is super clear using the tablet and you can pause and zoom in or out to see assembly better. It automatically pauses the video after each step. I would highly recommend this opener. It is amazingly quiet! You teach it the open and closed position. (no overtravel sensors needed like my old one had) The camera is nice and clear as well. I could of done it quicker but my garage was pretty full of things so not a lot of floor space to work with but it went together pretty easily. Night and day difference from my old LOUD screw drive!

Very quiet compared to the older chain drive it replaced. Straight forward to install. Reasonably priced. My Jeep Wrangler is not secure so the MyQ app is good for me instead of having a remote.

This garage door opener is very quiet, fairly easy to install also. You need to purchase one bolt for putting the rail together, I don't understand why they don't provide this with the other hardware they do provide. I don't care for the fact you really need the "Q" app to set everything up. Also, this opener doesn't work with your usual universal keypad. I had to purchase the more expensive Chamberlain pas. You need to search for a model "CH348" or CHU48:. The security protocol is different than your standard universal keypad. Their customer service has something to be desired as I had to make several calls to learn this.

Works great. Easy to install as a diy project. It lacked the tensioner spring and bolt, but it was on sale so whatever.

Now that it's working, I love my new Chamberlain B4310 Garage Door Opener. It replaced a 10-year-old Genie opener whose electronics failed. Following my installation of it (self-performed), I encountered very challenging and frustrating Wi-Fi connectivity issues. It would successfully link up and then 10 minutes later disconnect from my mesh Wi-Fi router system. At that point, the opener runs but super slowly & unacceptably. The MyQ app frustratingly makes you reinstall the Wi-Fi from scratch each time. The Wi-Fi signal strength to the opener was at 100% so that was not the issue. Nothing found on the web helped me solve the problem and after a day of frustration and many trial-and-error steps I finally found the problem. The router's 2.4 GHz channel which is required by the opener was set to fixed channel #9. I reset the router to "AUTO" channel selection, and it fixed the opener's disconnect problem. Before finding this problem, I was ready to return the opener to Amazon for a replacement unit assuming the electronics were flawed. I hope this review helps someone else installing this unit and saves them the frustration!

This is a very good garage door opener. It is quiet, smooth when operating. Whenever it's opening or closing a light comes on for a couple minutes to get you from car to house or vice versa. It comes with an outside keypad so you can open it with a code you set when needed. And an app so you can check to see if the door is opened or closed- perfect for when I'm a mile down the road and not sure I actually closed the garage door. Highly recommend. I know some reviewers had trouble with installation but I paid a guy to install and he had zero problems.

Miren yo tengo esto que se llama el TOC de acordarme si cerré o no la cochera, entonces gracias a este maravilloso aparato y su app, nada más reviso si está cerrada y ya… puedo respirar! No sabía que la iba a necesitar tanto, es súper silenciosa, muy inteligente porque si está abierta más de 10 min y no estás en la casa, se cierra sola por seguridad. Se conecta al wifi, la puedo abrir desde donde esté, en cualquier parte de la ciudad y lo que más me gusta es que la app me avisa con notificación si alguien la abrió o cerró. Esto fue lo más importante porque a veces salgo de la ciudad. La recomiendo mucho!!

Muy silencioso, recomendado. Lo único malo que he notado hasta el momento es que los controles tienen interferencia dependiendo donde los pongas en el carro. Por ejemplo, poniéndo el control en el visor, al salir de la cochera no se lograba cerrar la puerta. Puse el control en el panel del carro y ahora ya funciona sin problemas.

Se acaba de instalar hasta el momento todo muy bien es muy buena marca, el producto llego 2 días antes de la fecha programada en buenas condiciones todo bien cerrado, en la foto tiene protección para la lluvia.
