I upgraded from an older system and am happy with this one. I will try to keep this short and to the point. *Easy setup - Basically plug and play, even when I installed a new 6TB drive it went smooth and the cameras were found without problems. *Good quality - Cam quality is good, night vision is good, I am not sure about the full night vision as I don't have an area I can use that. It's nice to have sound. *Customization of display - Size/layout of multiple cams on the monitor can be changed which is great *Motion/Intelligent detection is pretty awesome and you can pick which exact areas you want motion to be detected or record continuously or do both. *App is good, pretty standard for these systems, but you don't need a subscription which is what matters. *I have 5-6 cams and they stream smoothly with no stuttering or lag. I can't get the repeater function to work right, but I am guessing it's user error and thankfully I don't need it. *The LED light on the front of the system is super bright and annoying so I just disconnected the cable inside the unit and yay no more blinking lights. I would buy this system again and recommend to family/friends. It's exactly what I was looking for with my upgrade.

Bought the camera system to monitor a space indoors. Setup was quick and easy. Added two outdoor cameras to the system as well. The screen is user friendly with clear pictures. The app works great as well. The 3TB hard drive is a large amount of storage. The only issue I had was I used the incorrect power supply for the monitor/hard drive. Reached out to support and had the issue resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

Purchased this about a month ago. Setup was super easy. The picture quality of the cameras is extremely good,very clear. The monitor and recordings work as expected and the features such a detection are reliable as long as you take the time to go to settings a set up schedules, human detection and sensitivity and limit the zones of detection to that which is necessary. For example my driveway zone is limited to the driveway NOT the entire street! Most importantly I had a problem with one camera, contacted the company via chat. The response was timely the action I needed to perform was clearly explained and it worked. Problem resolved. It’s only been a month but I am impressed. Expectations for continued satisfaction remain high.

Reasonably priced easy to set up excellent product support and excellent picture quality also, I love that you can add more cameras and I like the lightbulb cameras as well. Motion and sensor and alerts are amazing. I know anytime anybody walks in front of my camera.

I love this product! Extremely easy setup and plug length is adequate. Very clear picture and the microphone is very good quality. I did have an issue with one of my cameras and they are taking care of it. Very professional and fast service when you have an issue. I also love the fact that you can create privacy block outs for the video. This ensures that our cameras aren't looking into our RV park neighbors windows. We believe in reasonable privacy. I only wish that Amazon had a 10 star rating!!!

A really good package for everything that is included. Very simple set up instructions. Pretty good durability and construction. Excellent picture quality from all cameras, as well as fairly decent range of connectivity! Notifications are a bit much, for all the terrain movement I have, but still pretty good. Easy use App. Switching between HD and SD on motion detection, could be better/quicker and prefer a bit more seamless transition, but otherwise good. One major suggestion, is the location of antennas. When pivoting on sharp angles in the direction of the antenna, it prevents a full range of motion in that direction. Either change antenna location, or consider mounting in a different fashion. Also, the screws included for mounting are extremely cheap and will snap and or strip easily, especially when in hard surfaces, not using wall plugs.

May 14, 2026 System has been working well for the past two weeks. Wife is very happy with the cameras after I explained to her that night vision uses infrared and does not display a bright color picture at night the way it does during daylight. Excellent picture quality and very easy to install. Base unit has both VGA and HDMI video ports to hook up with a computer monitor or TV. I chose this system for the Wi-Fi cameras, 3T hard drive, no batteries needed for the cameras, and no monthly subscription needed. The phone app allows me to view the cameras remotely (no fees). To power the cameras I used a combination of 110 volt extension cords and 12 volt DC camera power extension cords (available from Amazon). My cameras were up to 50 feet from the base and had a good Wi-Fi signal. I have installed a variety of wired and Wi-Fi security cameras in the past, and this was the easiest.

This was moderately useful. I have a high voltage tower adjacent and its RF interferes with WiFi and cellular phone. So, camera range was not great. Later, a couple cameras died. They were replaced, but I was never able to connect them to the base unit. I later tried a factory reset on the NVR and is now dead. Addendum: I contacted Hisee. A left mouse button depressed for about a minute rebooted the NVR into a lower resolution. Apparently, after the NVR reset the resolution was out of the monitor range. Also, the NVR now recognizes and mounts cameras, although it may require several tries. I now view the system more favorably.

I’m always hesitant to write a review as some people experience products and customer service differently. This for me was a positive experience and regardless of what differences I’ve had from other suppliers, from purchase to delivery, installation set up of my Hiseeeu wireless CCTV cameras were seamless. This product really does what it says it does. The picture quality is amazing. I decided to download the app to all my devices and it worked first time. It system is easy to navigate, but if you are like me and need that extra IT support, you can make an instant connection to someone who will talk you through what to do and send you a pdf of easy step instructions. Only yesterday, I had a slight problem as I wanted to change my password on the system and not being IT savvy, I used the live What’sapp chat. Almost instantly I received a response. I was given the right information I was looking for and they talked through the issue to a full resolution. So I’m essences, iI would definitely recommend Hiseeu and their quality products. Thank you!

very good i like thats this unit has movement recording plus 24hr recording the playback has a function that can show you all the motion sensor that it caught with out having to scroll through hr of footage
