An ounce goes a long way...
Star-San is great for sanitizing food processing equipment - it's very powerful and a gallon will probably last you forever. We use it for meat grinding and sausage making - spray your gear a few minutes before using and let it dry. The directions say not to use it on marble and wood cutting boards and more.
