They're OK, but I've found there are few times I'm concerned about scratching what I'm grabbing and want the rubber tips. In general, metal tipped tweezers are more useful to ME. But if your use case demands scratch free tools, these are high quality and will do the job.

I used these to put my daith and tragus piercings back in after removing them for surgery - very hard to grip with both hands and be able to see what you’re doing and the jewelry is tiny and hard to grip/maneuver. Spent 5 total minutes getting both back in with these vs the half hour I tried and failed previously before thinking of getting these. The tips could be smaller for this application it I’m sure they’re not exactly meant for this. Great silicone grip, easy to hold. Comes in slide cases as well. Great value!

Great tweezers. Surgical quality.

Purchased these to assist in placing elastics on braces. They didn't work as I expected. So I used them for pulling threads on sewing projects. The tips of the tweezers are useless. They don't meet but can be used in the crook of the bend only because they have rubber on them. This is where they actually come together and will grasp anything. Perhaps I will find another use for them.
