I was a little hesitant on purchasing this as the promotional pictures make it look like it is child-sized, but it has a great adjustability that even large-headed adults can wear it. The adjusting option is not on the main black band (like on headphones) but on the 2 metal "arms" on the sides of each muff. I live near an area where religious processions happen on weekends and the building right next to me is undergoing construction, and this was a great relief. I purchased another one for my sister as soon as I realised how good mine was. For even more sound blocking, it can be used with those orange foam earmuffs/puffs under this. Bonus, if you want to listen to something on your device while blocking external sounds, earphones that are small can perfectly fit under it—though for wired ones, you'll have to make sure the wire won't get damaged, and for wireless ones, I'm not sure if the Bluetooth/connectivity remains unaffected by the thick muffs (I use wired ones and take care to not damage them). TL; DR—Amazing purchase, I don't regret it one bit as an adult.

My friends have strangely called this stylish, it’s good. I have a small head, it feels perfect on. Doesn’t squeeze my glasses but better yet holds onto them so that they do not fall off or need constant adjustment. Purchased at 14 euros. Worth it if within this range. My ears are sensitive and I hear too much that it doesn’t make me feel well. With these, I don’t even hear flies which is usually a major source of stress. Also good if you live with hard of hearing people who speak too loudly, this makes them sound the correct volume so that you can stay calm and also still hear them at the same time. You can still hear with these, it just makes noises less stressful overall.
