Makes Beautiful sourdough bread
I was gifted this set and made my first sourdough bread with it yesterday. The bread was my best loaf yet! Huge and beautifully shaped. Everyone said it looked like a bakery loaf. The set comes with everything you need to make sourdough bread-a mat, whisk, 2 benneton baskets with liners, lame, bowl scraper, sling. Everything was nice quality and easy to clean. I highly recommend this set if you want to make beautiful sourdough bread.

Ich habe vor kurzem angefangen Sauerteig anzusetzen und habe mir das Set geholt. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert und die Qualität ist für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Die Rattan Körbchen haben bei mir auch absolut nicht unangenehm oder chemisch gerochen.

Exactly what I was looking for! Sturdy basket with a nice cover and the blades are nice and sharp, easy to use on the dough. Helps the bread to keep shape nicely. The scraper is also very useful and well made! 100% recommend!

Fabulous piece of kit
This is a fabulous starter set.. I’m over the moon with quality and what’s included!! Used it for first time and am impressed as I’ve never made my own sour dough. The basket gives a beautiful pattern on top. I dried it after use and then used a clean basting brush to make sure there was no flour/ semolina left in it ..
