Love this product my daughter gives this to her kids and it works within 30 minutes they have a good sound sleep with no side effects. They dont wake up groggy or still tired. You dont have to use it every night just when needed.

Was atruggling to get our 2.5yo to sleep every night, now it’s a much calmer process. She also loves these ‘yummy yummy in my tummy’ is her review of them. In addition, they are such a high reward that I can get her changed into pjs and go potty without any drama! She also wakes up in a much happier mood. i purchase for my son, if need i would give him half of one. but i am the one that mostly take them, usually take one or two, no more then two for myself, i am running out of this and will be purchasing this brand again.
