It’s one of the best protein shakes you can buy. It has 20g protein, 2g carbs and 1g fat per serving. It’s just perfect for what I am trying to accomplish with my nutrition. The taste is outstandingly good.

It's the kind of label you'd expect on a clinical supplement, not something that actually tastes this good. I've been reaching for one of these post-gym instead of mixing a powder shake, and I genuinely don't miss the shaker bottle. The can format is a nice touch too — feels more premium than a plastic bottle, chills quickly in the fridge, and is easy to toss in a gym bag. It also travels better than you'd expect. My husband is on a temporary liquid diet. Slate Milk is one of his favorite meals. I like the ingredients and he likes the flavor!

These are really good they taste great but dang they’re expensive. I guess you could compare them to a cup of Starbucks coffee. I like mine with ice chips and they are so good they’re packed with. A lot of protein and they get you through the morning. They’re very good. The consistency in each can is the same. They’re very good they’re delicious. Actually they’re just very expensive you get 12 I think for 35 bucks so I think they’re a little overpriced.

These protein shakes taste really good—smooth chocolate flavor without the chalky aftertaste you get with a lot of others. They’re easy to drink, not too sweet, and actually keep you full. I also like that they’re lactose-free with 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar, which makes them feel like a cleaner option. That said, they are expensive. You’re definitely paying more compared to similar protein drinks, so it may not be something everyone wants to buy regularly. Overall, great quality and taste—but the price is the biggest downside

I was worried these were going to taste terrible - but they are actually delicious. They taste like a Slim Fast and I loved those back in the 90's. They are smooth and make me feel like I just ate a meal. Sustains my energy and fullness for a while. I will definitely keep purchasing these during my weight loss journey.

UPDATE: After I posted my review I was contacted by the company and asked if I’d like a full refund. I said yes that would be great. I received a email saying a refund is being processed to my credit card. I really appreciate them doing that because they didn’t have to. Even though their product didn’t work for me I totally respect the company and appreciate their great customer service. I would rate their company and their customer service 5+ stars. Let’s start with the things I like about this protein drink. I like the protein content in the drink and that it doesn’t have a lot of toxic ingredients in it like others do. I like the fact that the sugar content is low also. Now the things I don’t like about it is the taste. I noticed it had Stevia in it, but I also noticed it had monk fruit sweetener in it which I like, I’m not crazy about Stevia, but I thought I would try this anyways and I think it tastes horrible. I could taste the Stevia aftertaste and honestly it’s not very chocolatey compared to the other chocolate protein shakes I’ve had before. I really wanted to like it because it was pretty expensive for my taste, but I just don’t like it.
