Defean Cooling Gel Earpads for Razer BlackShark V2/V2 Pro Headset

Swapped out the original ear pads from my razer blackshark v2 pro headphones with these mainly due to the original pads getting compressed and the plastic ring that holds them in place having several of the plastic tabs break off. These ear pads are easily twice as thick as the original ones, so they block out sound noticeable better. The cooling gel does actually make a difference, I wear my headset for work/play easily 8+ hours a day and these pads don't build up heat as much as the previous ones. If heat buildup/sweaty ears are your main concern, make sure you get the ones with the cloth pads over the faux leather, they are much more breathable and also hold up better overall IMO. I've machine washed these probably half a dozen times since I've had them, and they've held up fine. The plastic ring with plastic tabs that hold the earpad in place and then "click" into the headphones have also yet to have any of those tabs break off, unlike the original ring which had a tab break almost every time I removed/reattached the ring.

Feels way better than the OEM that came on the headset. Fit great and very comfortable.

These replacement ear pads for my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (old version) fit perfectly, are very comfortable, keep my ears cooler and actually provide better noise cancellation than the original pads. Installation was quick and easy. I highly recommend replacing your original pads with these, even if you don't "have" to.

I didn't hate the stock ear pads that come with the Blackshark V2, but they were a bit shallow for my comfort. These fix that by adding depth, but they're also remarkably more comfortable and feel cool around my ears where the gel pads rest. Before I was fine wearing them, now they're so comfortable I keep putting them on just to enjoy how they feel. As for how they impact the audio... I have a hard time putting it into words. I wasn't remotely impressed with the Blackshark V2's sound to start with, I found them to be bright with very poor bass reproduction. These very slightly exacerbate the bass issues and don't seem to impact the over represented top end. In my mind, these were never great sounding headphones I'd want to use for listening to music in the first place, and these make a reasonable work headset much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. So it's a very good trade off for me. I'd say that if you plan to be using the Razer Blackshark V2s for an extended period of time these improved earpads are an absolute must.

Bought these as the OEM pads were literally falling apart. Decent price, quickly delivered, and easily installed. The video shown on Amazon shows exactly how to do it. They're very comfortable and do a way better job of noise cancelling, without them feeling like they're crushing your head. Lots of padding and give to fit your head properly. However, there is a reason why this is a 4 star review. Everything about the pads is amazing, except the smell. They smell like chemicals or burnt plastic. I had to let them "air out" and even then, they still smelled a bit. I wiped them down with a non-fragrant baby wipe, thinking there is just some manufacturing "goop" or whatever on the pads. It helped, but only some. Other than that, they function perfectly! Anyone looking for a pair of replacement pads that are actually better than the OEM ones, these are the ones you want.

So I have the v2x, liked it but my ear drums hurt. After reading a review regarding the ear distance from the driver. I figured I would try to replace the pads. I honestly didn't remember what model I had but figured I would give it a shot. I had taken off the pad once to get the serial number so I knew that wasn't a problem. So for install just don't use the frame, the v2x does NOT have a frame. Just gently gently tug on the pads and they will slip over the driver cuff. And do the same to put on the replacement (start at the top, it will be easier). No more ear pain! Cool at first, but that isn't noticable in the long haul. Very happy with purchase.

Great replacements for the OEM ear pads! Fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Had no issues while replacing the original ear pads. Cooling gel feels nice for the first few minutes you wear the headset, but it is not something I really think about during multi-hour sessions.

Trochę długo trwało czekanie na nie ale jakość rekompensuje to. Idealnie spasowanie, nie było problemów z umieszczeniem ich na głośnikach. Są miękkie i po dłuższych sesjach czy to słuchania muzyki czy grania nie odkształcają się i nie powodują potliwości ucha. Polecam zakup zainteresowanym.

まず届いた時に真空梱包されてた事に驚き。めちゃくちゃぺったんこでした。 そして開封して10分もするときちんと膨らんで使える状態に。 ただ、自分の個体だけそうなのか、それとも仕様なのかは分かりませんがダボが露出していませんでした。 イヤーパッド自体にはダボ穴が空いてるんですが、実際のダボ位置とは合っていませんでした。 最終的にニードルでダボ位置に穴を開けて取り付けましたが、極わずかな軽加工で済んでいるので問題なしです。 着用感はひんやりした感触が心地よい。また、純正よりも密閉してくれてる感じがあり良好です。良い感じ。 もし純正が壊れても、これがあれば着用感が1ランクアップする感じがします。オススメです
