It really pulls everything together in a simple, clean way. The only downside is that it does slide a bit, so you’ll definitely want to add a rug pad or grip underneath. Once you do that, it’s perfect! Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend

This is a very nice rug that we are happy with. It is really great to own something that is made of natural materials, that doesn't off-gas plasticy smells and that feels good to walk on barefoot. The price was reasonable too and it feels like it is quality and will last. The color is very pleasing and looks great on a wood floor. We placed some chair on rolling wheels on this carpet no sure if it would inhibit rolling around and while the weave was somewhat restrictive to the rolling motion of the chairs we can still roll easily enough with a slight resistance to motion, but this stabilized the chairs from stray motions so it was a good fit. I guess I didn't give this 5 stars because the rug could have been a little thicker and the way it was folded for shipping took a really long time for the wrinkles to come out. I had to iron this on highest setting for a long time to get it to sit flat on the floor without 'stretch marks' and even then, it took a few weeks for all signs of shipping to disappear . A thicker weave may have prevented this.

This 4’ jute woven rug is absolutely beautiful! The natural texture and warm tones instantly add a cozy, stylish touch to my space. I highly recommend opening it outside and giving it a good vacuum before bringing it in. Once that’s done, it’s perfect! Overall, a great purchase that I would definitely buy again.

There's no way whoever packaged this for shipment didn't smell it. As soon as I opened the Amazon box, and through its plastic packaging, the smell of rot and mold smashed me right in my face. It's cute and I thought I could save it. I've washed jute before in a washer bag and it came out fine when line dried. This rug? My lawd. I had to wash it three times in the garment bag and it still came out smelling bad. Fabreezed the (cuss word here) out of it and the smell finally dissipated a bit, but not enough to keep in the house. I did try to see what it would look like in front of my door but I have hardwoods and there's nono-slip backing on this so I almost ate (cuss word here) when I stepped on it. I was going to just throw it away but decided to throw it outside on my patio. Doesn't matter if it gets wet now. The washings pretty much destroyed it and it's a misshapen piece of (cuss word here) now so who cares. Don't buy this rug.
