How come is shows 2g of net carbs when according to the detailed information it's 14g of net carbs?

Both have been inaccurate in my experience as a type 1 diabetic using an insulin pump (which makes precise numbers an absolute requirement). But my diabetes has also taught me that around 50% of Fiber is broken down to Glucose by the human body and used as such From my experiences I recommend only counting 50% of fiber as passing as fiber, the rest as digestible carbs. What the "...Atkins Net Carbs" means is not defined and without the scientific method can only be assumed to be "decoration" and thereby completely inaccurate and not worthy of consideration. Just my view as a man who has lost brain cells due to low blood sugars caused by believing the numbers presented in the Atkins products. Often 50-80% carbs shown in the nutritional information prevents the low blood sugars. If you burn the number of carbs you consume in a day only, you won't gain weight. Relying on Protein to fulfill the roll is a fools errand as gluconeogenesis caused by insufficient glycogen & glucose will cause you to burn the muscles to produce glucose instead, removing them from the burning of glucose and fat. The loss of muscle weight to lose weight is in absolutely no way a smart decision.

Is this the price for 1 box?

I normally spend about$6 for a box of five. last time I ordered them they were $5.86 per box. The price showing today must be some kind pf mistake.

According to the 1st bullet under "about the product", it states...(five) boxes of atkins endulge chocolate caramel mousse bars. so 5 boxes of 5 bars?

Wow, that's really misleading for sure! It would be a box of 5 bars though. At least it was when I bought them.

What source of glycerin in this product? Pork?

It’s vegetable glycerin. From what I read, there are no porcine ingredients in this item.

Good taste and delivery

Besides the fact that the taste is always wonderful with this company. I want to say compliments about the delivery. At first I received such a huge box and I was surprised because I just ordered bars. In addition to the bars, there were two cooling packs in the box. I think the seller was too busy delivering just the bars. Probably after customer reviews that they melted. I live in North Carolina and it's early September so it's still pretty hot here. Of course these two bags didn't hold up and melted, the bars are a little soft. But I don't see a problem, The seller did everything he could.

Very Tasty Treat with Low Carbs

We love these little bars, they are pretty much like Snickers. I'm not eating sugar/carbs, so these are great when I just want to have a treat. Hubby is diabetic, and he loves them as well, so I end up hiding one away. (Shhh, don't tell him!)

These are so good. Just like a candy bar. The weird thing was the shipping. It was shipped in a box as perishable. With insulation and 2 ice bags. I usually just put these in my cupboard. Doesn't have to be refridgerated.

Delicious small bar!

I love these bars! I am following a low carb diet and I came across these.At only 100 calories and 2 net carbs each, you can't beat that!They are really tasty and have a nice mousse and caramel layer on the insidesurrounded by yummie chocolate. It is a little chewy but I like that.The bar is quite small in size (about half the size of a regular bar) but enough togive you a delicious treat. I have ordered more and the Atkins chocolate coconut ones too.Reasonable price.

Not sure why this was shipped in an insulated fresh/ perishable package with a gel pack? Seems like a lot of wasteful packaging for protein bars. Product though is good.
