Really great product after undergoing double jaw surgery. My one main issue is the absolutely pointless bar between the mouth and nose. It doesn't hold and real amount liquid so doesn't cool and the mouth gap is too small which wouldn't have been an issue otherwise. Makes it less comfortable to wear. Either make it so it has a function or remove. Item stays cool for long enough after putting in the freezer. Doesn't feel cold enough on the soft size so put blue side against skin. Purchased two so I can alternate between.

Does the job my son just had surgery on his mouth , I brought two so we can have one in the fridge and one for him to use he has found that wearing them has eased his pain they are comfortable to wear and extremely easy to use compared to the £120 the hospital wanted to charge for basically the same thing these are a bargain

Bought this item seeing the review but the blue gel started leaking on second use. Only kept it on normal fridge and my only found out when my brother said whats that blue thing on your face. And cannot return it. Please see you product well before delivering it. Some of us dont have enough money to waste pur money. Really disappointed bro!!

Due to the way the straps fasten round the head it is hard to feel the cold properly anywhere but forehead.The fur lining inside, I understand, is to prevent ice burns but it is a bit too insulated and doesn't get as cold as I would like. Also, the fur inside is hard to make sterile I wouldn't want to keep putting something on my face I can't wash properly. Finally the most tricky thing with this product is the holes for eyes nose and mouth don't work for me, maybe would work on a large man but the bar between nose and mouth sits between my lips and I can only see half way out of the eyes. When I use it the other way round it's okayish.

Very cooling love the effect even if not permanent

I have severe headaches with intense facial neuropathy , it was indeed very nice to get this mask my previous one was hopeless (way too tight) although the frost is still painful initially, but after a little while that disappears and it does it's job very nicely.
