It has good visibility and darkens well. It adjusts easily. Good value for the price.

Great cheap hood for starters
Bought this before starting welding class and lasted the whole year with a 3 hour block stick welding

Beginning welder
Hopefully this holds up.better then the first one ( different brand). Our son is in welding school and this brand came higjly recommended. Great graphics, and fit was solid. He states the mask works well and is comfortable

Great hood
It is a great weld hood for beginners, but be aware there is no way to adjust the shades up or down on this.

Nice hood
I’m a small/medium frame guy, this hood fits great, headband is kinda wonky but overall comfortable. It takes a bright beam in order to activate the sensors but it is very responsive and seems to be plenty dark enough for moderate use. The helmet is thin, it is very lightweight and streamlined yet very comfortable and ergonomic. Great helmet for the price! The graphics are Awesome and this hood just looks mean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good visor
I've never used a welding visor before. Incidentally, I've never welded before. This visor helped me do both, and my first beads were pretty awful, but they're hanging in there strong. No fault of the visor, mind you. I never felt like the visor was too slow on the uptick. Now, that said, I'm not used to the darkness while welding, and I'm pretty sure I had to do most of the job by feel. I'm not sure I would say it was too dark, but it was a bit difficult. All that having been said, it seems like a good beginner's visor, so if you're in that group, I can recommend it.

No adjustment settings, but good buy.
Good welding helmet for all processes. I enjoy the light shade (there is no adjustment settings so the lens is what you get). Easy to take out the lens and clean. Had for about a year and it works great.

The auto darkening is a little wee bit dark when welding otherwise it looks and preformed great

Replacement lens?
Not a bad helmet but cannot get replacement lenses anywhere it seems. Unfortunately this means that after a couple of weeks of use it is now useless.
