The flavor is actually pretty good for a meal replacement bar—sweet, cookie-like, and not overly artificial. It’s definitely more enjoyable than most “nutrition-first” bars I’ve tried. Each bar packs a high amount of protein (32g), along with added vitamins and nutrients, which makes it feel more like a complete meal rather than just a snack. That said, it also comes with a fairly high calorie count, so it really does function best as a true meal replacement rather than something you’d casually eat like a standard protein bar. It’s filling and keeps you satisfied for a while, which is really the main point of this type of product. So these pack a heck of a lot of protein and that’s because they are huge. They taste good but getting that much protein comes with calories so think carefully.

Big high calorie, high protein, filling bar. They are not a replacement for a nutritious meal (packed full of who knows what) but if you have no access to real quality food and need calories and protein these are definitely worth a look. Great for after the gym, to keep in the car for emergencies (waiting in traffic for 4 hours on the motorway, you'll be glad to have some of these), prepper / survival bag worthy (low weight, high value)!

A little pricey but worth it. Amazing protein count, and it tastes awesome. We tried a gazillion different protein bars and this is by far the best for the protein amount and taste. No sugar.
