I have neck issues. I have a cervical pillow, but it does not help and every night I have to lay in a certain position or I run the risk of either a tension headache or a full blown migraine(where I cannot function and my day is wasted). It's just no way to live. I got a cervical neck stretcher thingy, that did not work. I decided to take a chance on this pillow. The price was right and it came to my door two days later. The first night I used it, I woke up, no tension headache, no migraine, in-fact there was no pain at all and I ended up sleeping in(which does not happen due to pain and constantly waking up in the night to normally adjust my pillow). I woke up feeling happy, like a normal person. Three nights so far and I have not woken up with a headache! I am so happy with this product! My Husband is happy with this product, because he has seen me wake up with absolutely no pain.What is great and why I think it works, is it has just the right amount of firmness. Too hard and it hurts, to soft and it does not work. This supports my neck perfectly. There is a dip(I wish it was a teeny bit wider) that cradles my neck/spine. Its also not too tall, not to short. Not every pillow is going to work everyones neck, but for the price, I think someone should try it, it's worth checking.

I love this pillow!! I bought it several years ago and use it every night. After suffering from neck pain for much of my life and trying all sorts of more expensive name-brand styles, THIS is the best! It is also great for traveling as it squishes flat in the middle of my already stuffed carry-on suitcase and pops back to shape when I unpack. Why would I pay a $100 or more for a fancy, brand-named pillow when this little guy is perfect?

It’s a decent little pillow. I’ve learned I apparently need a ton of neck support when I sleep. I had a memory foam pillow for a few years that has gone flat on me and I’m shopping for a different one. This is a good little in between pillow while I shop for a new one. it’s not super firm by any means. But it positions your head back and gently supports your neck. For 15 dollars it’s not bad.

I bought this pillow a few years ago and it was so firm. Still is after all this time. It supported my neck so well that I stopped having pain. I decided to buy a new one and was so disappointed that it is now a soft pillow. Had to return it. Not worth it anymore.

I honestly didn’t expect much when I ordered this pillow. It was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon that looked promising. But wow, I’m seriously impressed.I have chronic back and neck pain, and I sleep on my back. For a while, I was using a super thin, low pillow to help manage the pain. It helped a bit, but I could tell it wasn’t giving my neck the support it really needed. I was constantly waking up with that awful shoulder and neck pain.I decided to give this pillow a try, hoping it might make a difference. And I swear, after just one night, I felt a real change. I usually sleep 7–8 hours, and when I woke up, I felt comfortable and not in pain. To be totally honest, it didn’t magically erase all my pain, but it definitely got rid of that super annoying morning neck and shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with for ages.I've only used it for one night so far, but I’m really hopeful. Can’t wait to see how I feel after a few weeks of using it. I’ll be back with an update.

I absolutely love this pillow for back-sleeping. I tried SO many others, and this is my favorite. It cradles my neck in just the right healthy position, and works well even when I raise my head with my adjustable bed. I took it with me for a hospital stay, and even the hospital bed felt cozy with this pillow. I use it in both forward and backward directions, depending on my sleep position and how my neck feels. I also love that it's small enough to pack in a suitcase.

The pillow is nothing like the photo. I thought it would "plump" up after a day or so but it's really just a foam rectangle. The area where your neck should go is barely indented. The image and description are quite deceptive. Because I know this thing will end up in a landfill I won't return it but it's pretty useless.

I never leave reviews for anything but this helped me so much I had to share. It took a day or two but my neck is sooo much happier. Better sleep. Pain relief. Such a simple but useful fix! Thank you!
