I bought this primarily for support for my knee after an MCL sprain, and it is so helpful for that, but also has the added benefit of aligning my spine. I do have a great mattress, but sometimes that is just not enough. I really should have bought this years ago to help with my ongoing lower back issues. It is hugely more comfortable to sleep on my side using this pillow, and I have much less stiffness in my back and hip in the morning. I also sleep on my back, so this pillow is adjusted during the night sometimes. It is very soft but firm enough to do the job. The memory foam is cooling, and the texture is comfortable.

The pillow is a bit larger than I would have preferred. I use it every night and it does what it is advertised for. I no longer get sore knees.

Like the shape and feel. Smaller than I would have imagined. Will need to see if I can keep it between my knees.

This knee pillow is comfortable and has a nice cover. However, it gets warm during the night.

I'm so glad I bought THIS knee pillow, as it has made a huge difference in my ability to get to sleep and to sleep comfortably. For years, I've been struggling with a knee pillow (shaped like this one and almost exactly the same dimension) that I just couldn't get comfortable with until I finally considered that perhaps not all these pillows could be the same. 5 Stars ad was absolutely right; it is soft! At the same time, it is supportive. I've used it now for over a week and it is very valued & truly appreciated every night!

I have been having hip pain upon arising in the mornings. These pains have been sharply reduced, some days gone entirely, since I started using this pillow. I am a side sleeper and I switch sides several times per night. I find it very easy to retain the pillow between my thighs as I roll over.

This special pillow is larger than another brand I intended to replace when I placed my order. Wow! It has turned out to be an UPGRADE from what I had. I love the size and feel of this new pillow. I wish I had picked it up long ago. I have been enjoying better functional separation of my knees with your product, which stays put as I sleep. Love it!

Ilove sleeping on my side but with a bad back and having he’d a total hip replacement I need some support. I’ve tried a variety of cushions & pillows but none seemed suitable. This little gem I use every night and it is super comfortable It provides adequate support needed between my knees so as not to have pain in either my back or hips Really recommend it

Necessary purchase for me. Getting old is a cow and requires one purchases tools for support. This is brilliant for me. Supports. My hips, and less to no pain when I wake up in the morning.
