It is liquid taken by spoon. If you like Sardine it is really good quality. If you don't like the taste just take it like any other untasteful medication because it is very rich and healthy.

What I liked about this Cod liver oil is that there isn't much taste to it. I was expecting a heavy fish taste but this oil is light. I pour a little into the cap and tilt the cap under my tongue to avoid the taste buds then, wash i down with whatever is nearby, usually water. I bought the small bottle because I wasn't sure but if I would like adding it to my routine. The cost per ounce on this 4 oz bottle is a little expensive compared to buying it in a larger bottle which I will purchase when I'm done with this. So far, all is well.

Tolerable taste, take it with good spirit. I hope to see some change or improvement in skin, memory.

This is definitely a 4 oz bottle. Travel size, was not expecting it to be so small

I bought this as a gift for my uncle to use for fishing. He said it was effective and did what he wanted it for. Good size bottle for the money.

I'm on my second bottle. I will update after my next blood work because before I started this cod liver oil I was too low on omega 3.
