Perfect for hobbyists on a budget. If you have the skill this will fit the bill. If you don't have the skill this is perfect to learn on. Apply makeup, paint models ,decorate cakes. Even if you have a professional set up I still recommend getting this for a back up.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent air brush at a great value. As an airbrush artist with 36 years of experience that has always used siphon feed airbrushes, nice to have a gravity feed quality airbrush for illustration work or airbrush tattoos in the tourist industry. Extremely light, portabe and can maneuver into tight spaces with ease. The air source is plentiful and versatile. Again, great product for a great value.

It stopped working after one use. I can't see how it's marked for cake, meaning it can spray frosting, that's can't be true. I use acrylic paints for 3D prints & I also use Airbrush thinner. It worked one time, nice spray. Then I cleaned it as instructed & it never worked again.

It's a great beginner brush that will definately work for beginner hobbyists. Cleaning is a bit difficult at first. Remember to thin your paints right and clean it after each use. Do not let the paint dry inside unless you want to do a full teardown.

Just got it today! I was excited to plug it in and check it out. For the history, I used airbrush back in the early 80s and absolutely loved the medium!! I have been researching a lot for a new airbrush and compressor kit and this one fits the bill.This kit is super easy to connect everything. The compressor is very small compared to my 2 gallon one. Fits in my hand. It's a very straightforward use. Press the button on/off. There is an airflow valve regulator that I will check once at home when I hook the airbrush and paint something.The molded plastic looks somehow sturdy, but I won't do a drop test! lol. Oddly enough there is no air intake opening anywhere, which could double up as heat vent. But I'm not worried about it since I will be spraying a little here and there.The noise level is higher than I was hoping for (like a dentist air compressor noise) so it gets 4 stars. I'll have to put a box over it to muffle the sound.The airbrush holder fits tight and snugly in the special cavity. The great great thing about this is that you can have the air compressor in a flat (horizontal) position or, as you can see in the photo, in a vertical (standing) position. And the hoser works perfectly in both positions. So if you have a TINY desk footprint, this is perfect. Although there is no rubber feet for the standing position.The airbrush itself is very nice (though haven't tested it yet). The weight and handling is just right. The trigger spring is nice. It has a good bounce.In all, I'm first very pleased with the quality vs price. Can't beat that!

Airflow can be a bit weak sometimes but outside of that, this is a great airbrush kit for the price
