Does this hurt to leave on continuously? I have on my solar bank it charges a little every day.

It is designed to be left on continuously, that's why it ships with terminal rings for the battery. But it does draw power, so you need a way to keep the battery charged, either a trickle or solar charger. If you are close to AC power I like the Noco Genius chargers as they are multi stage, so you won't dry out your battery like a constant trickle current.

Has anyone used this in combination with the quicklyncs bluetooth battery monitor 2 (bm2)? do both device work fine together or are there any issues?

I don't think there will be any issues, the Pulse Tech is a simple device

Will a led on/off switch affect it's operation?

I would'nt think so. I'm guessing you want a way to shut it off as opposed to hard wiring it to your battery pack. If you wanted to be extra careful, put the switch on the ground lead.
