Can this be used on toddlers scraped knees once the bleeding stops?

I would say so. The only thing is, you’d need some sort of cloth in the center. Sorta like a bandage has the soft center to absorb blood, and to no further damage the skin.

Peel off paper halfway and slowly stick to skin while slowly peeling off the rest of the paper. Finally, pull the strip of paper on the side. Ooops, this is the final step. Peel off top layer by gently tugging blue part in the middle
