Does the collar crinkle up when washed?

Two things. No buttons at the collar. It looks sloppy. And, the cotton is not premium. The shirt is wrinkled after was and dry. You gotta iron it to look neat.

I'm 6'0" 185lbs. would the xl be too large for me after being washed and dried on high heat? or should i get a large?
