Great containers!
Update: changing my review as the seller sent over a new case and not a single one has broken!!I got these so I could store my loose leaf teas at work. One container was cracked when it came in, one cracked on the way to my office and one cracked just sitting in my office. I'm now down 1/3 of the containers. They do work well but I'm not sure if it's worth it if they break so easily.

Substandard material (plastic bin is too thin to withstand any real world use)
Bought this set of nine storage containers to hold pet treats. After only a couple of weeks one of the bins started to crack. I just put that aside and continued to use them until two others cracked. I placed labels on the bins to not fully close them (seal them shut) to stop the problem but to no avail. I have gone to another container from a different manufacture (more expensive, but you get what you pay for and anything that may look to be free or close to being so is going to be worth what you paid for).As you can see 4 of the bins are clearly bad. The last bin has a small crack that is hard to see in these photos starting to form. The last photos are of these bins (on the right side of the photos) and the replacement (on the left side) that I will be investing in sitting side by side to show just how thin the plastic of these bins are.Maybe these containers would work if the items stored in them were totally dry or they were not opened and closed so often as when used for pet treats. But be aware that they are very thin and could be prone to cracking with repeated use.

Help for getting the right size
I don't have much to say about the quality of the product itself -- it seems to work well, but I haven't had spices in them for months to tell you how fresh they keep things. But I had to sort of guess at the size to do what I wanted them for and I guessed low. I'll still use them, just not for what I'd intended.I ordered the ones listed at 16oz. The containers are actually labeled as 17.6oz/500mL. The container will hold this, but because of the way the lid seals you lose just a smidge. I'd estimate 16oz/475mL useful volume. Now, that still doesn't necessarily help since spices and other things you might want to hold in these containers are sold by weight rather than volume. I was hoping they would hold one of those big spice containers (e.g. 12oz red pepper flakes, 24oz granulated garlic, etc.) but they only hold about 1/3 to 1/2 of that volume. They hold about half a 12oz bag of ground espresso, and are just shy of a whole 1 lb bag of dried lentils, so 1lb of brown sugar should easily fit.I hope this helps. I like the look and feel so I'll probably order the larger size and see how they work.

Would purchase again
I purchased these to help organize my supplies for RockHounding. I love these. The only improvement could be that the seal can move. I would purchase again

It was a good purchase.
The media could not be loaded. It does come with a crap ton of labels however, there’s only nine jars so I would use them for the most important spices are bigger spices that can’t be put in a spice jar. The size is perfect and the seal is perfect to keep my powders fresh I can stack it three stacks up And it comes with little scoopers for One. It’s a really good purchase. I’m happy I bought it the labels like I said in the video I actually use for another purchase that I bought on Amazon. The spice jars should also be in my reviews.

Great value
I was surprised at the quality of these. The labels are really good paper stock. Each container has a a little spoon with it which I thought was really cool. The spoon doesn’t have a measurement on it other than saying something about coffee and .25 Oz so I’m not sure what that means. I’ll check it to see if it measures a tablespoon because it looks to be around that. I’m not sure if the lids hold water like others I’ve purchased similar to these because I’m scared I’ll be draining them for forever like the others. I am pleased with these. I’ll probably get another set so I can finish getting my spices organized.
