Glad I bought it
I give 5 stars only if it's true to what it says it will do. I love bi products, have been using over 25 yrs or longer. This is real nice, softens skin, feels fresh, complexion evens out This is becuz I use the facial cleanser, and fade cream. The only complaint is ,😭I KNOW the formula is not the same .

Arrived empty
I ordered 2 bottles. The packaging arrived wet. Opened it and 1 bottle was completely empty with the top off. I want a refund or replacement bottle bc I didn’t get what I paid for. To be clear, love the product for me and teen girls, but this is unacceptable. Don’t know if it’s Ambi or Amazon. Either way this needs to be corrected.
