​I originally bought these rotating whiskey glasses with high expectations, but upon delivery, the quality was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near the mark. I immediately decided to return them, which is when the real nightmare started.​When I contacted Amazon customer care to raise a basic return ticket, they flat-out denied a standard pickup. Instead, I was told I had to do a "self-return"—meaning I was expected to print the seller's address and arrange a third-party courier entirely on my own. I naturally argued that if Amazon could deliver the product directly to my doorstep, why couldn't they arrange to pick it up? The representative had no logical answer and just kept repeating the self-return instructions.​Frustrated, I asked to escalate the matter. A senior executive took over the conversation, but shockingly, she was just as unhelpful. When I firmly asked her to point out exactly where this "self-return only" policy was mentioned on the product page before I made the purchase, she had no answer. She simply reiterated the same scripted narrative, and then—rather than helping me resolve the issue—she disconnected the call on me.​This is highly unprofessional and downright rude behavior from an executive team that is supposed to be there to help customers. Shame on you, Amazon Customer Care. I strongly advise against buying this product, not just because of the cheap quality of the glasses, but to avoid the absolute hassle of dealing with this return policy and disrespectful support staff.
