I got this container to store homemade ice cream, and it works great! It is airtight, so it keeps the flavor fresh and seals nicely. I like that it's stackable and is made from a good thick plastic that is high quality. A nice tight lid is the key. The colors are cheerful! I don't color code my freezer, since I'm just not that organized, but I can see buying many colors of these so I could have the strawberry ice cream in this one and the mint ice cream in an aqua lid, etc. The size is just right to fit one batch of ice cream from my Cuisinart electric ice cream maker.

This does a decent job. I also have the long, insulated version from the same company. I think I prefer that version better. If you need to let your ice cream stand for a few minutes to soften before scooping, this one is not insulated so you get more condensation on the counter. Overall though, it's a good product.

I hate plastic. These are the only plastic items in my kitchen apart from my Pyrex lids. However, they are bpa free and I haven’t found anything else for my homemade icecream that is as functional as these. I love the Tovolo multi colored silicone lids for icecream identification. The tub itself is matte finish on the outside and smooth and shiny on the inside making scooping easier. Be aware when purchasing that Tovolo also make six oz tubs as well as the 1qt and they look identical in the photos, so read the descriptions carefully to get the right size. I may get some 6oz ones too with the same colored lids, for any excess as sometimes the 1qt isn’t quite large enough especially if I have added fruit. Otherwise, I may get some of the 2.5qt long tubs also by Tovolo. I am very pleased with these cute icecream tubs. Unfortunately it makes me want to make more icecream and someone then has to eat it so perhaps the tubs should come with a cholesterol warning lol. I do want to try making some healthier versions but then, life is short and the summers are long in Arizona, and there are so many icecream flavors yet to explore! Peach passionfruit is up next.... These are fantastic for storing homemade ice cream. It stays nice and fresh. Lids seal well and are easy to put on and take off.

These are the most adorable little things. They are made of a very sturdy material on the inside but the tops are a very soft flexible silicone that's easily placed on top. My smoothie maker machine makes a little too much of a smoothie bowl for me in one sitting so these cups are the perfect size to add the leftovers to it and freeze for later. They would make a perfect size for toddler portions as well & would fit in small hands easily. They freeze nicely. The top comes off without problems right out of the freezer. If the contents are too solid you can just leave them on the counter for a little bit & they thaw nicely. The colors remind me of sherbet & are so pretty! Very easy to clean. I would definitely order them again and just might to make sure I have several sets.

I make raspberry sorbet and this container is perfect to freeze it in. It seals very well and fits easily in my freezer. It's easy to clean and doesn't stain from the raspberries.

Great for home made ice cream, almost the same size of the usual batch of the most popular ice cream machines

Ótimo recipiente, bem resistente. O pote é feito de um material mais rigido, a tampa de um tipo de silicone bem flexivel que não congela e veda bem O tamanho é pequeno, uma porção individual. Na minha opinião vale a pena se você quer controlar a quantidade de sorvete que ira consumir, ou recebe visitas e nao quer sujar tantos recipientes, assim fica individualidado. O legal é que da pra usar cada uma das cores de tampa para um sabor, para isso, vale a pena comprar uns 3 ou 4 kits

Soy sincera, no lo uso para lo que fue hecho. Lo usé para almacenar la comida de mi cuyo cuando lo dejé en un hotel para mascotas por unos días. Lo que puedo decir es que cierra muy bien y el material se ve de buena calidad. Es pequeño pero muy funcional para darle otros usos distintos.

Great little tubs! I've started making homemade icecream and they are perfect for my recipes . Very durable.... and sweet looking. I find them a tad expensive... but it is a quality product. I ordered two more ... I'm on an icecream binge...
