have used this product for yrs, use it for health supplement, have low vit. D and this fixes problem and gives me energy.

These multivitamins are my all time favourite. I have taken them for over a year. I take one a day - 2 when I'm feeling tired or unwell - and they give me so much energy. I can feel their effect on my wellbeing and happiness too. They're a little more expensive than some multivitamins but they are very much worth it! They're natural and whole food too, so no nasties. They are big tablets, so caution to anyone not good at swallowing pills, but I'd say they're a fairly standard size for multivitamins.

How do you analyse the benefits of taking the vitamins, that being stated they're good and we assume beneficial to our health and well being.

As I’ve recently broken my ankle, I needed a food supplement that was strong enough to compliment my recovery and found these to be extremely good in giving me extra energy and vitality. Will be using these multivitamins regularly now as the previous ‘food state’ vitamins that I’d always purchased, contained much lower doses of vital ingredients. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocked to see that they changed the recipe for the worse without ANY warning on the label and now it has less nutrients in it than the earlier packaging of the very same product states. Namely they more than halved the niacin content from previously 42mg to 20mg and more importantly they removed so absolutely crucial elements like calcium, magnesium, copper and potassium. The previous version had them, this new version doesnt, zero, nil, none. Im absolutely gutted, even the cheapest crappiest multivitamins contain basics like calcium, magnesium and potassium, and i feel cheated that they just removed them without any warning in the product description or on the label. It is a pretty pricey product anyway, and now i have to spend more money on other supplements to get the calcium, magnesium, copper and potassium wich makes this multivitamin even more expensive. Very very disappointed, probably won't continue with this brand. :-(
