Love this, I’m almost 47, female and I take 2 before bed and it’s helping me sleep along with 50mg dhea per docs orders after testing all my hormones and seeing they were out of whack. I wake up refreshed ready to go get things done and not stressed. My hormone belly is going down a lot. Sleep is the best thing since I couldn’t sleep for so long. Theey are pills you eat them supposed to balance you out but couldnt tell , basically they should work but you wont feel anything but your mood may balance out...these are good pills if u wanna get ripped one drop under the tounge of a 100 dollar bottle of s.a.r.ms

Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. I didn't want to give this a 1 star just because I had some weird issues with it. I have never taken it before and when I looked up some of the side effects sure enough I was one of the lucky ones that just happened to experience them (slight depression, irritation and agitated, a little nauseous and just didn't feel right). I thought this would go good with the DHEA I've been taking as that was a life changer and I now can get through the day with so much more motivation, drive, and energy. But this didn't pan out for me. Oh well, as they say, if it ain't broke don't fix it
