I'm not sure what you are asking here. Possibly you think a bypass is a "thing", which it is not. Bypass is a procedure, wherein you remove the ballast and wire the bulbs in directly. If you are not sure how to do this, you may want to hand the job over to someone who does, or ask someone who can show you. It's actually a pretty simple procedure. One of the cool things about these bulbs however, is that you don't need to bypass the ballast unless the ballast in the fixture is dead.

Buzzing

I use these lights as plug and play or if the ballast is bad, I rewire the fixture. Problem is if the ballast is still good. The fixture buzzes so you end up having to rewire the fixture regardless. Jesbulbs do not do this. Problem is that jesbulbs don’t carry t5 if they did. I would by there’s.

Overall works good...one minor problem

I ordered 2 30 bulb cases; 60 bulbs total. One bulb (out of 60) was about 1/8" longer than all of the others, consequently it would not fit in the fixture. At $300 for 30 bulbs, that one bulb cost $10+/-. I contacted Amazon who promptly and cheerfully gave me a $10 credit on my account, so I'm happy and will buy more of these, but TBH, I feel that on a 48" bulb that the manufacturer is selling to the public for $10 each they (the manufacturer) should have better quality control.

LED replacement bulbs

Bought these bulbs to replace several 6 bulb T5 fluorescent fixtures. Easy to use. Just cut the ballast out of the old fixture, and wire hot to one end and neutral to the other. install these bulbs and your done
