Definitely recommend, it's pretty sturdy for what I use it for and will gwt the heavier ones when I'm ready.

Bought to do gentle exercises on my arms, as I have tennis elbow and a rotator cuff issue. Much stronger than I imagined. Very well made. Can be rolled up so it can be put away in a drawer. Great for what I needed
