NOW Supplements, Hyaluronic Acid 100 mg, Double Strength, 120 Veg Caps

Great product for my knee pains. Side bonus for nicer looking skin. I have been dealing with knee stiffness pain for a while now. After 3 weeks of use this stuff really made a difference in my knee joints. I will continue to use indefinitely.

We bought these because of the book Super Body, and these were recommended. I do know that I am sleeping better, feeling better, and I am down 10 lbs and I have lost 3" off my waist.

Studies show that hyaluronic acid, which is found in synovial fluid (joint lubrication) is effective at reducing pain in osteoarthritic knees. Injections are more effective than oral ingestion. Still, the studies show pain reduction with oral use. After about two months use of this (orally), my knees are less painful than before I started to take these. The tricky issue is how much to take. I started with the double dose (not this product but produced by the same company). That product states that one dose of 100mg is in one tablet. In this product you have to take 2 tablets to get 100mg as the label reads. The various studies show effectiveness with a range of 60mg-200mg. I am still experimenting with the dose but seem to need 150 to 200 mg a day to keep the pain at bay. If I reach any different conclusions, I will update. Sorry I think this is the double strength bottle so adjust review accordingly..

I have been taking this brand daily for over a year for knee joint pain. I feel it helps, my knee pain and stiffness has not gotten worse. I have noticed increased eye moisture. No bad side effects noted. Pros: Quality, they have strict standards and checks. Vegan. The product label says NO wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nuts ingredients. Easy to swallow capsules. Is available for a subscription. Can help with joint support, eye moisture, skin healing and health. Cons: None noted.

I started taking Hyaluronic Acid (1x in the am on an empty stomach with 2 Neocell Super Collagen Type 1 and 3, 6000mg plus Vitamin C, 250 Count) after reading it helpes with skin, hair, nails and joints. I'm 44, an active runner and am in decent shape for my age, but I often neglect my skin. I never bought into topical creams other than sunscreen. But after reading that taking HU and Collagen together can possibly help all of the above, I gave it a go. First I started w/ a collagen I bought here on Amazon but after running out, have switched to one I found my local bulk warehouse called Youtheory Collagen Type 1&3, identical to the Neocell but double the amount for the money. The pills even looked identical. I am NOT sure if it is the combo of the Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen Type 1&3, or just ONE of them, but am not losing much hair at all anymore. Really! I have a lot of hair, I come from a family with very thick, full hair. But I have noticed that for the past five years or so, I find more in the drain. A ton actually. I have not noticed my hair seeming thinner during these past years, but I did see lots of new short growth hairs. Little fly-aways. Almost as though I was losing a lot, then a new little ones would grow, all BEFORE the supplements. Now, I just hardly lose any. The drain is pretty clear, less hair in my hairbrush, etc. It has been about 9 weeks since I started, and am pretty excited. I'm not sure what this will amount to, in other words, will I now have even fuller hair? I have read it can reverse grays, I have not found that to be true. But I promise to report back if I see that graying is slowed, as in less gray hairs are formed over time. My theory is that it is doing something to the follicles, making them stronger at the root. Part of me wants to quit taking the Collagen for a while and see if the H.A. is the reason I'm losing less hair. Or to quit taking the H.Acid for a while and see if it is because of the Collagen. But why fix it if it aint broke?

Great product!!! It has decreased my lower back pain dramatically by absorbing fluid into my back joints that I had loss due to age.

Helps keep the knees in shape. That and walking 2 miles a day.

Took it for a month and reordered . Helped with nerve tingling in my big toe . Bought again. Have to be careful in eating after meal as it causes acidity
