Great for all types of Games - Got mine for Arnak
So, I recently picked up these coins to use as upgraded tokens for my Lost Ruins of Arnak board game, and let me tell you, they work like a charm. They're the perfect size, feel great in your hand, have a good weight, and add some great charm during gameplay. But, here's a word of caution: don't try to use these bad boys as real currency at your local drug store. Trust me, they don't appreciate it when you try to buy your prescription meds with a handful of game tokens. I mean, who knew? Anyway, back to the review. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these coins to other board game enthusiasts looking to level up their gameplay experience. They add a nice touch to the game and make it even more immersive. Just make sure you don't accidentally try to spend them at the grocery store.

Great purchase!!
These are the best I've seen and worth the price! They shine like real gold and have a decent weight. They are good size too! I'll buy again for sure!

Upgrade you D&D!!!
This is a cool upgrade for your D&D game night. I picked up these, some fake doubloons, and some Chinese luck coins to mix in a little bit of multinationality feel while using money on game night. I bought a handful of $7 leather coin pouches to toss at my players while growling "Here is thy gold, Adventurer!" The party was greatly amused.

Great quality, great gift!
I purchased these as a gift from our leprechaun who comes every St. Patrick’s day. My son’s who are 7 and 9 actually thought it was real gold in a real leather pouch. We even did some tests to “prove” the gold was real, and funny enough these coins passed the test. My kids aren’t very gullible usually but they really fell for these. Great quality!

Good well-made coins that don't stack very well.
These coins work great for our games. My only complaint is that you can't stack more than 5 coins without the stack falling over. The images on the front bump out making stacking difficult. They are a little expensive but are of good quality.

Get at least 10 coins per player
We use these as our currency for in-person Dungeons and Dragons so we don't have to track our treasure on paper. To have enough coins to do this, you need at least 10 coins per player of each denomination of coin. (When a player gets 10 of one denomination, they swap them for a single coin of the next higher denomination.) IWith 6 players at my table, I need 60 of each denomination, and that is the bare minimum - if a player forgets to swap for higher denominations, we still run out of coins, so I keep buying more. These seem to be the most affordable coins you can buy in a useful quantity, but over the past three years I've probably spent about $150. Thankfully you don't have to buy them all at once because at level 1, the party is poor. Here's a tip: buy some cheap plastic or glass gems to use for even higher denominations - 10 platinum = 1 "ruby".

Awesome set of golden coins, perfect for MTG tokens or physical tabletop RPG currency
I don't know what it is specifically about this pouch of fake money that has me so enamoured. I can't help but play with the pouch full of golden coins, it makes the exact clinking sound I'd imagine a bag full of gold would make when you move it around. The dragon theme is awesome too and I have a deep love of dragons, which is likely another reason I enjoy the pouch and coins so much. The pouch has UV reactive dragon eyes sewn into it and it looks/feels like scaly leather, the coins have a dragon design on one sign and a geometric pattern on the reverse side. The lining on the inside of the pouch is nice and soft and it is topped with a leather-like string that has an aged metal looking cord lock on it, which does a great job of keeping the pouch closed even with me playing around with it. After some time under any strong UV light, the eyes are charged up and ready to display a faint glow when in complete darkness. The glow isn’t mind-blowing and it doesn’t last very long, but it does give off enough light to identify them as dragon/lizard eyes at a fair distance in total darkness. It’d be a nice touch if the seller included a small keyring sized UV LED light for charging the eyes up to show it off to people during a D&D session. The coins have enough heft to them to make them feel legitimate and I threw about a dozen or so onto my scale to check the actual weight and they all measured between 4.75g and 4.80g. The coins are all finished to the same standard, and not a single one in the hundred included show any defects or differences from the rest. I'm actually really impressed by how consistent the set is, which is the only slight negative, they’re too perfect to be a believable prop but they’re a fantastic starting point. If you want to add a touch of realism you should totally consider adding some artificial ageing to the coins yourself with some chips, dents and grime with some washes and dry-brushing. The coins have plenty of detail to soak up some paint, and a very small amount of effort could take these 10/10 coins all the way to 11 on the believability factor as a fantasy currency. I can't see the price at the moment as it says it's unavailable but I wholeheartedly recommend these. Or as a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one who happens to be a tabletop gamer or just enjoys fantasy lore.

Solid product for the price
If you're looking for some gold fantasy coins these will do the job. They were a little less 'gold' in colour than I was expecting, and the bag had a slight oily texture on the outside but nothing too concerning.
